A Certified Shiatsu Therapist, Jocelyn gives a deeply relaxing full body treatment using a combination of energy work and firm yet gentle hand pressure to acupuncture points and energy pathways. Shiatsu supports the body's internal organ system, balances the nervous system and relieves physical discomfort.

Sonic Medicine Group Events *

I have the tremendous good fortune of being able play with people for a living. A typical Sonic Medicine gathering looks like kindergarten for adults. Except these ‘kids’ drive cars, talk non-stop over mobile phones, raise children, hold down jobs, pay bills, care for the sick and deal with numerous life challenges. They welcome the opportunity to let it all go and play together no matter what their previous musical experience dictates. All that’s required is a little instruction and a willingness to jump in and explore the sounds and the rhythms. Our intuition and the instruments will take care of the rest. We gratefully acknowledge the wisdom of ancient and Native cultures who have used sound and drumming for thousands of years to mark significant rites of passage. Today, Sonic Medicine gatherings are used to celebrate special occasions, honor achievements, provide team building support, create ritual space and to assist those in the dying process. I offer a wide assortment of instruments and years of experience, but it’s the participants who really bring these gatherings to life. You make it happen!
